Fiskastykkið
Named after the stone-paved ground used to dry salted cod bound for the Mediterranean more than 100 years ago, Fiskastykkið is a must visit if you plan on touring the Faroe Islands. Located in the village of Sandavágur, and less than 30 minutes from the airport, you can dine on freshly baked waffles, crusty sourdough and locally-sourced fish. Personal recommendation for their sparkling rhubarb juice!
