Sebastián Jiménez García is Head Chef at the now Michelin Guide restaurant, Ræst. We join Sebastián, who is originally from Mexico, and represented the Faroe Islands in Artic Young Chef 2024, on his weekly foraging trip for local seaweed in the small town of Kirkjubøur.
